The ICSC Excellence in Community Advancement Award celebrates:
- Best New Development under 20,000 SF: Innovative retail and mixed-use projects built from the ground up with a focus on design, placemaking, and integration.
Projects are evaluated across Urban/Suburban (pop. 50,000+) and Rural (pop. <50,000) classifications.
